Zentrum für Managementsimulation (ZMS) at DHBW Stuttgart focuses on delivering practical, experience-based learning through business simulations.
As part of negotiation training, there was a need to provide students with more dynamic and interactive ways to practice challenging real-world situations. Traditional methods often lack the realism and repetition required to truly develop negotiation skills.
ZMS wanted to explore how modern technology could enhance simulation-based learning and better prepare students for real-life sales interactions.
The Solution
In collaboration with LessonLab, AI-powered simulations were introduced to support sales negotiation training.
Multiple scenarios were designed to allow students to engage in realistic negotiation situations, where conversations evolve based on their decisions. AI acts as an interactive counterpart, enabling continuous practice in a controlled and scalable environment.
LessonLab supported the implementation through technical consultation, ensuring that the simulations integrate seamlessly into the existing learning environment and simulation frameworks.
